New beginnings ...

I've been a subscriber to Zaadz Wisdom Quotes for some time now and have been delighted by the recent changes to the site and hints of its growth to come. I especially love the addition of these new user services and the chance to so intimately personalize the site for oneself to then share with others of like mind. Tonight, I spent some time trying to add as much personality to the thing as I can and have had a great deal of fun. Writing in a diary or journaling is at the top of my list of things to do with my spare time. I've been working for a couple of years now on an explanation and methodology for "writing as a way of life" for many reasons, not the least of which is the chance to preserve as much of the self as possible. It's some degree of immortality and perhaps our only chance at such. I believe the popularity of online journals, blogs, and other websites where one can personalize, express, and preserve is an indication that many other people feel the way I do.
